    • Generally, Wholesalers and Retailers email a Purchase Order PDF which we accept or reject via email.
    • For those desiring to transact through EDI or electronic platforms, please contact us with your preferred software system.

Good Gift International reserves the right to update its pricing due to changing market conditions such as freight and material cost fluctuations, with 30 days written notice.

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Mississippi.

Warranty disclaimer/ Limitation of liability: Good Gift International warrants to persons who purchase its products (“Customers”), that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year. This warranty is made only to end users purchasing the product directly from Good Gift International’s authorized dealers, as indicated by the original receipt. The end users’ remedy is limited to Good Gift International’s repair or replacement of parts at Good Gift International’s discretion. The customer must notify Good Gift International regarding problems with the product, within a reasonable amount of time. Consent from Good Gift International must be obtained by customer before any warranty replacement or repair work. The warranty is valid only under conditions of normal use and not improper assembly, disassembly, neglect, product modification, intentional damage, fire, misuse, exposure to the elements, or mishandling by the customer. Good Gift International reserves the right to request photos of damaged parts or for damaged parts to be returned to Good Gift International at its discretion. In no event, shall Good Gift International be responsible in tort or in contract for any loss, or direct, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damage. This limited warranty applies only to end user customers in the United States. This limited warranty is only for the original customer. This limited warranty only applies to normal use. This limited warranty applies only to use of the product while adhering to the weight capacity and assembly instructions as identified in the packaging and/ or instruction manual. Note: Good Gift International is not responsible for shipping or labor for return
of its products.

Termination of accounts/service: Either party has the right to terminate any Purchase Order under material breach, insolvency, or mutual agreement. To terminate the Purchase Order, the terminating party must provide 30 days of written notice to the other party, provided the goods have not already been shipped. The liability of the Purchaser will be limited to freight costs and a 5% restocking fee if already shipped. Termination prior to shipping will be without penalty or fee.
